  • Calorie cycling is sort of a grey area in the fitness world in terms of what the best cycle is.  One person will tell you to make big changes, while another will tell you that small changes are the best way to see results.  Your best bet is to pick a or create a cycle and stick to it.  Give it a month or two and track your weight.  Introduce exercise if you’re not already and you should see at least a little bit of weight fall off during that time.
